Book Weight Loss Appointment online weight loss programs

Your new year starts here book your online appointment and then follow the steps after that. (This is for new patient appointments only if you are a returning patient you need to use the portal and send a message to request more medicine or a new appointment if needed)

Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an email from Celestine Parker be on the lookout for that email. You will receive a combination of emails welcoming you with a welcome packet for you to fill out online. Once we receive that you will receive your next email which is to make your initial payment.

Your initial consultation fee is $50. This is for your initial virtual consultation. Once you choose which medicine you would like to start with the $50 consultation fee will be deducted to the balance of the cost of medicine. (For more information on the medicine and procedures please see frequently asked questions below) 

You will be asked via email or during your setup to set up your patient portal please make sure that you remember your login information. Once you've set up your patient portal all for the communication will continue in the portal. You will receive a welcome packet with more information and videos on exactly how to properly inject your medicine and any other information that you need to know about your medicine during that time.
