Federal law requires drivers of commerical motor vehicles (CMVs) to receive regular physical examinations, or DOT (Department of Transportation) physicals. These exams have strict requirements to protect driver safety. They're designed to detect anything that could prevent you from driving safely, and evaluate all aspects of the driver's overall health.

The pre-employment physical exam is customized to the specific responsibilities of the job and only screens for skills that are needed on a regular basis. The intention is to protect you from potentially getting injured on the job.

Labs and screening regular physical examinations

Don't go without your meds. One time medication renewal allows you to refill a 30 day prescription up to twice a year and a 90- day prescription up to once a year.

Lipotrophic C injections are used to preserve lean muscle tissue and promote body fat reduction. They can also boost metabolism and support proper hormone function and a healthy immune system.

Bundles  can be used at home or in office.

Patients are required to Dr. Parker every 12 months in order to purchase injections. 

You must be an established patient in order to purchase injections, as they are considered a prescription. 

NEW PATIENT: A new patient appt is $100 for injection only weight loss. $70 for annual check-up ( plus the cost of injections)
